We launched the campaign with a hashtag challenge on TikTok, encouraging users to ‘show us what they’re waiting for’ with a simple mechanic set to the Gwen Stefani track.
In the first week the challenge was viewed over 1 billion times and made NatWest trend, giving the bank their first viral success.
